"Service:
Good service and attentive employees at the reception. The other staff (waiter etc.) looked like they did'nt care.
Room:
Simple but ok. The ac were very noicy.
Area:
Fantastic deserted beach just across the street. I would come back just for the beach. Besides the beach there is not much to see close to the hotel."

"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower. If you want to save money by cooking and heating up leftovers, I would recommend Reef over Royal. The pros to the Royal tower is it’s central to Atlantis, and you don’t need to take shuttles; everything is walkable. Ocean view rooms are amazing! We were in 15-522 and the view is breath taking. You have a perfect view of the ocean and the resort, you can see...

"The Rui was a good choice for us.
We chose the ocean front room and it was beautiful.
Bedding and pillows good.
Dark out curtains helpful.
Housekeeping did a great job.
Bathroom shower had a rain head which was great after day at beach.
There was some issues with us being able to control the air conditioning so the room was cold, but we never called for assistance so that's on us.
Room did have a slight musty odor, but door open took it away.
Beach was great. Easily accessible and the beach...

"This is an ok hotel, very expensive for what you get.
But Bahamas is very expensive and so is the food.
So all inclusive is a good option.
The restaurants at the hotel are absolutely horrible. The worst food I have ever had. The buffet is ok, good salat bar, some good options some of the theme days.
The grillbar at the pool is very good. Good fresh grilled burgers.
The noise at the hotel is constant and horrible. Very loud music by the beach and pool 14 hours a day.
And games in loud...

"Kids had a great time. Biggest concerns are the prices but we learned to eat most of our meals at the fish fry which is just a 10 minute walk.
We spent the majority of our time around the pool. The music was a one hour playlist that repeated all day every day. I felt like I was going to lose my mind. I can't imagine how the employees feel about that"

"Not even close to value for money.
Sofa bed horrible, too many rules in the pools that dont make any sense.
Service not personal at all - its all about getting so much guests through as possible
Even the cleaning people knocking on the door 20 min to check out time.
Paid 1000 dollars pr night and got 4 cans of water upon arrival, thats it.
Restaurants only average service and food, but all of them expensive.
30-60 min waiting time on the water slides every day."
