"This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!"

"We stayed in Coral Sands May 2-9, 2022. There were 3 couples… using 2 bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom in the efficiency apartment downstairs. Perfect for a group, plus privacy. The home is tidy & well stocked. Best of all, the AC blows cold when you need it! Hoopers Bay is one of the most beautiful spots on the island…pristine, sandy beach with clear, calm water AND sea turtles. "My wife and I stayed 4 nights M-Th. The property is a large gated Villa community and our One Bedroom suite was very spacious. The property was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The Palapa restaurant was the only dining option on Monday and Tuesday as the Jerk Hut and 23 North are only open starting Wednesday. We rented a golf cart for $30 per day to assist with getting around the community and was well worth it. We spent the majority of the days on the beach and...

"Super dejligt sted. Utroligt meget plads. 2 soveværelser, et opholdsværelse/køkken og to toilletter og et bad. Ren og dejlig pool med basket net. Bordtennisbord til fri afbenyttelse. Strandstole lige nedenfor pool på stranden. Meget få turister. Eneste minus var at restaurant først åbnede 2 dage efter vores hjemrejse. "
