"The room seems like it was not ready when we got in our room. There were no bath towels, and no other toiletries set up. I just booked a standard room and it should have included robes, slippers, and hair dryer. None of these were available upon check in. I waited for more than 40 minutes after I requested the towels and had to do a follow-up phone call because I’d really wanted to take a shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet isn’t the best either. The facility is gorgeous....

"Slidt hotel, dårlig lugt på værelset, gulvtæpperne var møgbeskidte og lugtede, sengetøjet lugtede surt af gammelt sved. Personalet var til gengæld smilende og høflige. Måtte skifte eller opdatere nøglekortet til vores dør seks gange på 10 dage, da det ikke virkede gentagende gange. Maden på hotellet var okay, men heller ikke mere."

"Be aware only that they might give you a room with a suffocating drainage smell bathroom. Doesn't have big towels, needed to request. Guest Service was helpful when planned to stay another night and they gave me a better room. A variety of breakfast was fine, staffs were attentive, comfy place and easy access to city."

"I’ve had around 2.500 hotel nights in total and I would probably rank this hotel in my top 3! Don’t expect much from the room itself, there is what you need, but it’s very simple compared to western standards. But the location and the staff are amazing. The food in the restaurant are really good. At sunset most of the people gather around the beach and watch it set. Also the community in the town is wonderful. "Hotel location is great since it’s close to the airport and to the mall. The only problem was that one time, there was a mouse running around inside the room. Overall, staff was friendly and very accommodating ."
