"Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance."

"Not the best, room was OK. They did not give us the free breakfast which was stated in the email. We were 5 at the room and they only gave us 2 breakfasts saying there was an issue with hotel.com so just fine."

"I’ve had around 2.500 hotel nights in total and I would probably rank this hotel in my top 3!
Don’t expect much from the room itself, there is what you need, but it’s very simple compared to western standards. But the location and the staff are amazing. The food in the restaurant are really good. At sunset most of the people gather around the beach and watch it set. Also the community in the town is wonderful. Within a few days you start knowing people around town by name a they know you.
It’s not often I go back to the same hotel, but I already know that I’m heading back next year."
