"We had the :penthouse suite 2 bedroom. The bedrooms have good A/C, the rest of the suite does not have A/C. It is very spavious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance."

"I’ve had around 2.500 hotel nights in total and I would probably rank this hotel in my top 3!
Don’t expect much from the room itself, there is what you need, but it’s very simple compared to western standards. But the location and the staff are amazing. The food in the restaurant are really good. At sunset most of the people gather around the beach and watch it set. Also the community in the town is wonderful. Within a few days you start knowing people around town by name a they know you.
It’s not often I go back to the same hotel, but I already know that I’m heading back next year."
