"The resort is not good at all too many day visitors no time for a host at the hotel to enjoy at all, breakfast was pathetic, the pool was in worst of conditions, really a place for drunken people, not at all for family and relaxing,."

"We stayed for 4 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. After the first night there was a supposed issue with the electrical grid. This meant we were subjected to extreme October heat with no air conditioning whatsoever. For the duration of our trip. We also came home to the room not being cleaned on one of the days as the excuse was “they could not find the key for our apartment”. On a positive note, the properly is modern and well kept."

"Parking was good and the staff were friendly and helpful"

"Clean room and friendly manager and staff. Very helpful "

"Clean, spacious and easily accessible apartments away from the Chaos of Lusaka city centre. Highly recommended"

"One of the best accommodation options in Chipata. Clean spacious rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay."
