"The property is an affordable option if you want to visit New River Gorge and not pay hundreds per night at the resort or tent camp in order to do so. For the price you get a clean, air conditioned place to stay with a basic kitchen and great shower, which is perfect for after a day of hiking or other activities. You can't walk to get anywhere and it's a 15-20 minute drive into town, so just plan accordingly. The host is very responsive and helpful. "

"Location across from a creek was beautiful, and super quiet, I caught you on my sleep. Very comfortable bed, good quality sheets and towels, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. "We stayed here for a family event. Ages of our group range from 83 to 17. Our hosts were so welcoming and beyond hospitable. Their house was very clean and located close to everything we needed. The street is quite peaceful. We enjoyed the personal touches at this location and appreciated the handicap accessibility with the ramp and walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend! "
