"My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...

"Property was excellent - very convenient to Burning Rock ATV and our own property just up the road. House was clean and spacious for our family - Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip soon. It was super nice to have all the little things taken care of for you when you arrive. Charcoal for the grill, coffee, salt & pepper etc. "

"This place is great... owners are great people plenty of room in the house. Being 3 levels with garage and a yard.. very nice layout we had 2 adults and 4 kids and it felt just like home not a hotel being cramped up.. would definitely go back there is some beautiful scenery around the area"

"Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!"

"My husband and i are from welch pineville area. We came home for a union of my niece and her husband. This was perfect for our needs. The bridal party got ready here. The space worked wonderfully. I can see this as a frequently used home for our out of state family for important gatherings. The memories made in WV are always sweeter!"

"I would rate our stay as top notch.The home was in a convenient place in town.Once we entered the home with an easy to understand key pad the home was clean and exactly as pictured and described online. We did run into a small issue that as soon as the owner of the home was contacted, he handled with care and concern! The ease and comfort of the house absolutely added to our overall experience and we were thrilled to have stayed! We had a great time."

"Solid place to stay. A lot of room for trailers. We had a 28 foot enclosed, a 24 foot enclosed, and 2 20 foot open trailers at once. Plenty of room to maneuver around. House is huge. Water pressure is great. Beds were comfy. Heater will run you out of the house, trust me. 10/10"

"This house was small but very clean inside, close to warrior trail system but a drive to Indian Ridge, Pocahontas & Pinnacle Creek about an hour of road driving to get to the other three. Great water pressure, no chairs for fire pit area. Plenty of parking area for machines and trailers. Food places very close by and gas close by."

"This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine! This house has a very large gated/locked parking lot which was perfect for multiple large trucks and trailers. The location was good about 10 minutes or less to the trail head from the house .
