"Very cute cabin. Just what we needed for our annual trip to drive to mtns to pick out and purchase a Christmas tree from a choose and cut tree farm, plus get some xmas shopping done in West Jefferson NC and drove to the town of Sparta and also drove through stone mtn state park to see Widow falls and seen some deer also. it was a bit cold so we did not use the grill but the grill was actually cleaner than most other cabins we have been in but could use new burner covers and grease from bottom...

"Renee was an amazing host. The cabin was unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in. If you love nature and being disconnected, you’ll have an opportunity to enjoy outside with the woods and creek as well as inside with all of the windows. Wonderful breakfast delivered right to the cabin. It’s an addition cost, but well worth it. Great stay! "

"Clean, cute, comfortable cottage! Our family including our dog enjoyed our relaxing stay - movies by the fire, hot baths, crafting at the kitchen table, and cooking good food. We had fun in the area - hiking state parks (Mount Jefferson and Rendezvous), National Park System Brinegar Cabin, Blue Ridge Parkway, Emerald Hollow Mine, Love Valley (horse only town) Christmas parade/ tree lighting, and a mead flight at Stardust Cellars (kid and dog friendly). "The A Frame was great for our weekend getaway! We only stayed two nights during a cold front so the shower being frozen/not working was not really an issue. They provided a free bundle of wood which was so great and even though we brought all cooking utensils for our stay, they had everything you would need! We did not use the WiFi as it was nice to be offline for the time we were out there. Would definitely stay again!"
