"A more unique retreat in KY situated in the middle of nowhere along/near The Bourbon Trail will not be found. This hobbit/gnome themed outdoor resort is at first stunning and then you begin to realize all the work that must have gone into it and all the thought that went into the details/design. "The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and supplies. It is a bit of a challenge to unload luggage etc, but since the yard was dry, we were allowed to drive onto the yard & enter through the front door. The location is very scenic, but it is definitely out in the countryside, with many narrow roads. The host communicated very promptly & was very gracious. "

"Host was very friendly. The pool was unable to use due to not being properly cleaned. Pool table in basement was crooked due to a broken leg. Overall was enjoyable only minor inconveniences."
