"First time renting a property. Enjoyed it tremendously. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Grandchildren enjoyed time together with cousins in the large room with multiple beds so they could spend quality time together, Papa, Granny, brother, sister & spouses enjoyed the wonderful deck area for relaxing and viewing the river. Great communication with property manager too! Highly recommend! "

"Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. "Stunning views! We thought the property on the lakeside of the street and I somehow got confused about what floor this unit was on. I thought it was 3rd floor but it was 1st floor. Nevertheless less it was a mostly clean unit… just a couple horizontal surfaces were quite dusty (ie the bathroom hand-towel holder). The most disappointing thing for me was the rather uncomfortable shower head. The shower felt piercing and needle-like. I couldn’t even put my face into it- or other body parts. I’d...

"Clean and modern. One thing I would like to comment on is the lighting in the Great Room, it is too harsh. It could use some dimmer controls on the light switches and some ambient lighting (lamps) in the living room area. Otherwise this place is great. Really enjoyed having a garage connected to our unit.
