"Had a very comfortable room. Liked being able to park in a ramp attached to the motel since was there when there was a big thunderstorm and I have a newer car! Breakfast was great, many options and a dedicated person who kept things well stocked. When first arrived I couldn't figure out the thermostat and it was 81 in the room. Seth came and quickly fixed everything and showed me a 'hidden' panel. He'd said he'd suggested they put a small sign on it to let people know how to access! Would be...

"Great breakfast 😋 This hotel is GREAT. Everything is nice and wheelchair friendly. I especially love the warm pool and hot tub. Half the price of hotels in the same area, yet twice as nice. Stay here often. Hair dryers, ironing boards, coffee pot, fridge, microwave...all in your room. If you forget a toiletry item, they supply it free."

"We love staying at the Even Hotel as we can walk to downtown Rochester, plus the bike path and pickleball courts are close by. The shower floor had hair in the corner of the shower otherwise I would have given cleanliness 5 stars too."
