"Very nice apartment in a great location! Plenty of parking available. Safety and security were clearly established at this site, building security codes required, keyless room entry with easy to use phone app. I would definitely stay here again."

"This lake front home was perfect for our family. The outdoor area was amazing, and the views, especially the sunset were breathtaking. Caught plenty of fish from the dock. The pool was great, heated too!"

"We stayed for a long weekend. Less than 10 minutes walk to the lake, so much to do around the neighborhood, right across from a coffee shop. The apartment was clean, beautiful, has a small balcony, and all the cooking essentials in the kitchen if you want to cook. I’d stay here again!"

"Everything was good except the fact that there was opened food in the fridge and a very messy front room leading into the house."

"Charlies Place is a super clean, lovely little home across the street from a private little beach. We kayak, so to be able to walk across the street to put in was a bonus. Bren is very communicative host and provides plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There is a washer and dryer available as well. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly as well! Will for sure book Charlies Place in the future."

"We 5 longtime girlfriends (from our college days in the 1960s) used this pastoral setting to meet for 4 days on our annual reunion. It was as near perfection as we could have hoped for. The Daniels family was most hospitable and responded quickly to questions, requests, etc. it was an extremely enjoyable short week - highly recommend if you want peace & serenity.Miriam, Janet, Helen, Nancy, & Louise"

"This home was the perfect spot for our family to gather for a wedding in the area. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and accommodate some unique family needs. "

"I can’t really say enough good about this Vrbo. The house is super cute comfortable great floorplan, fenced yard, immaculate. I only wish I had longer to stay and had more than myself staying. Bed was comfy, they had all amenities you would need, lots of clean towels etc. "

"My family and I gathered for a celebration of life. Inside the home was very clean and newly renovated. Very close to the street where you could hear drag racing and loud vehicles at night many of the homes surrounding are boarded up. Only a couple blocks away from Indiana technical Institute."

"Property was as stated in the ad. Nice place."

"We came to Ft Wayne for Bowling Nationals. Staying in this location was so convenient and comfortable. "

"The house is decent , nothing fancy. Refrigerator was very loud with a knocking noise The back yard was good for kids, didnt let my small dog off leach as ther were some bent fence planks and gaps. Close restaurant called Lakeside hideout has yummy pizza "

"We were in town for 1 night to visit family and the home was perfect. We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was immaculate. Great view of the golf course but you’re not in line of fire from a bad shot based on the position of the green and T-box. The view of the lake is nice too. "

"This was an adorable little cottage. Beds were very comfy, kitchen and bath well stocked with all the amenities! Perfect for our 3 night stay! Highly recommend it.Didn't need any bath/ shower items at all. Perfect for our 3 nightnight,trip,,closewhere we were going. "

"This cabin was perfect for hosting family from out of state and a great place for kids and adults alike! The pool and campfires were the biggest hits...but also appreciated the space in the garage to play and theatre to watch a movie when it rained. Great place...would love to book again!"
