Turns and signposts were not well marked/visible. When we were having trouble finding the property, the host said they couldn’t speak by phone, only text. "There are a few things that were disappointing about this stay. Location-VRBO physically showed the location was in town. It’s almost 20 min to town. There was a dirty sock on the ceiling fan. Yes a dirty rolled up sock. There was an open pack of Hawaiian rolls inside the kitchen island. Open not even zip tied shut. No curtains in the living space at all. Coffee pot AND machine was completely disgusting. We had to wash it before using. Dishwasher is missing wheels. A lot they could improve....

"This was an impeccably clean, lovely cabin. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The wraparound porch was roomy and secure for our dogs to wander while we enjoyed morning coffee. The furnace kept the rooms really comfortable even set at 68 degrees on cold nights. "The property exceeds expectations in every way. Better than the pictures - appliances, kitchen amenities, bedding and linens are all of superior quality. The views are amazing! Book it - you will not be disappointed.We especially appreciated the jacuzzi hot and ready to go! It was so relaxing.One little qualm is in the booking itself… at times I was not sure if I was communicating with Joni or “Suches Vacation Rentals”… and got some confusing communications. I think I completed the booking...

"Cozy, clean cabin in a quiet community. Convenient access to town, trailheads along the Appalachian Trail and a many state parks. The waterfront seating was a nice perk for relaxing in the afternoons!"
