"the stairs to the second floor were very steep and difficult for us to manage, the carpet in the stairway was dirty and lots of mud and construction debris on the stairs. The breakfast was good, the desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The woman that checked us in was very helpful, we needed additional towels which she delivered and helped us with our tv remote in our room. The room itself was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, will definitely visit again, thank you."

"Cozy, private and peaceful. The view is everything, we opened the windows and could hear the river. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We have stayed at one of Joni’s properties before, she’s an excellent host. Will definitely stay here again, we love this area."

"Hosts were extremely welcoming and included multiple extra touches to ensure we had everything we needed. "

"We had our annual family reunion with 13 adults and 7 kids here. The cabin had plenty of room for all; and the kids loved the game room! The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were so comfy! The whole cabin was very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed a lot of time out on the deck too. "

Good non-stick cookware, great water pressure for showers, well maintained. Visited Taccoa swinging bridge and Brasstown Bald. Cabin was easy to find. "
