"It was very clean, very very cute, you don’t have direct view of the lake from the porch but there’s a super cute little pond and the lake is a ten second walk from the cabin. If you’re worried about the AC don’t be, it works incredibly well and never gave us any issues!"

"Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!"

"Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. "Perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to the activities we wanted in North Adams, Mass, but just across the state line in a lovely rural setting. A very nice apartment... just as described. So happy to have chosen this for our stay!"
