"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

Lake George is only six miles away, so you can experience everything there and then return to Warrensburg and relax. You are near the trailhead of Mt Hackensack for some exercise. And make sure you dine at Lizzie Keays. "
