"1. Good: The location of the facility was very good and having a fitness room on sight was nice. Enjoyed the putt putt course, too. 2. Bad: Heater operation was not wonderful. 3. Ugly: a. Very loud leaf blower being operated right behind cabin in the evening and even after dark until we complained b. No warning that a loud emergency siren could go off at night. I understand the need but a heads up would have been nice c. Paid the same as our companions for a cabin but ours was considerably...

"Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and welcoming hosts."

"Help!! We didn’t stay at this property due to the property stating it was lakefront and marina. The property was in complete disrepair condition. Junk cars, high weeds, room smelled of smoke. I would request a refund."

"The property we stayed at was cozy for four and we brought a lot more supplies than one would expect. The host accommodated us and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. She made it an amazing vacation and made sure all of our issues were taken care of! Communication was cordial and timely, and the host and her family were super kind to us and gave us several recommendations for local activities. 10/10 experience!"

"Our stay in Schroon Lake was perfect. The proximity to the downtown area was so close. Our family was able to enjoy many of the restaurants and shopping the town had to offer. We even saw a movie at a classic theater. But the best part of our trip was getting to meet and talk to our hosts. They are by far two of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. They had a big impact on our entire journey. Thank Julie and Travis. Looking forward to seeing you again."

"We loved our stay , we went for a hiking and enjoy the beautiful fall , thank you hosts for being very helpful with what we need it !"

"This was an inexpensive tiny lil place to lay our heads down for a night and we appreciated having this place to do just that! There were three of us, and it fit us just fine- one double bed for my hubby & I and one twin bed for our daughter in which both were clean and comfortable. (Had blackout curtains so no light shone through which was good!) Not much room for luggage (nor was there a luggage rack)but one suitcase fit under the twin bed so that worked out well. This isn’t a place to hang...

"Or stay there was fantastic it was a cute little cabin. The Furnishings were rustic and wonderful. Check-in was super easy and he was such a nice guy"

"Julie and her husband went out of their way to make the stay personable and accommodating as possible. Room was clean with everything you would need for the stay. I am already making plans to return to the area and staying right here. Close to town(13 minute walk), great places to dine or check out the beach area. I can’t even think of one negative for a balanced review. This was affordable and very well located."

"Host is amazing! Room was clean as well as bathroom. 10/10 would stay again."

"Wonderful property and host! Cabin has everything you could want or need. So cozy (yet super spacious) and well-thought out. Close to everything nearby. Nicole was kind, welcoming and prompt with all correspondence. Could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this property. : )"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The listing is criminally incorrect. There are not two bedrooms, only one. They gave us air mattresses that deflated in less than 30 minutes. There is mold in the bathroom. The view is of other cabins in various stages of decay and actually falling apart. The service was mean and nasty, like they resented being bothered. But the most important thin is the listing is completely WRONG. It is false advertising. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!"

"Listing under amenities included “laundry”, but there are no laundry facilities on the property. The laundromat is several miles away in Schroon Lake."
