"I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!"

"The Lakeside Apartment was the perfect place for our family during our December ski vacation! It is pet-friendly with an efficient layout, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with radiant heated flooring, comfortable beds and thoughtful accoutrements. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for dog walks and runs near the lake. The property manager was quite responsive and very friendly. We would be happy to stay here again!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The listing is criminally incorrect. There are not two bedrooms, only one. They gave us air mattresses that deflated in less than 30 minutes. There is mold in the bathroom. The view is of other cabins in various stages of decay and actually falling apart. The service was mean and nasty, like they resented being bothered. But the most important thin is the listing is completely WRONG. It is false advertising. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!"

"Where to begin... The "Perfect ADK Log Cabin" was actually exactly that; Perfect! Completely stocked with all essentials and comforts throughout the cabin. Beds were amazingly comfortable and an abundance of pillows, wash cloths and hand/bath towels were provided.Drawers were filled with everything one needs and pots/pans/plates were not chipped or scratched so it was as if we were renting your home. Porches were lovely both in the morning and evening and the fire pit was an added bonus... but...

"We loved our stay and would rent this property again.The only suggestions we have are for the kitchen. Storage containers with lids that fit are needed for left overs. Also a couple of serving platters and a cutting board would be nice."
