"The property was nice n clean. But check in was difficult. We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place."

"If I ever need to come back to Little Falls, this will be where I stay! The host has done her very best with this historic property. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. This little perch in the sky is great for watching the world go by and the beautiful views. Are the stairs steep? Yes. It’s an old building. Get in some free cardio. Reward yourself with some slices from Ed’s or a Reuben from downstairs. Fantastic. The grocery store is like 2 blocks away and well stocked, and...

There were two in window air conditioners that were not sealed. Because of that the rental was infested with mosquitos and other little flying bugs that were attracted to the inside lights and us! We were consistently killing them. Also the ones we we weren't able to kill just died and were laying on the counters, floor and counter tops (bathroom...

"We booked this property on our way to Toronto, and it was perfect for a short stay. The property was clean and spacious for our family. The best touch is that the host left a lot of ice cold bottled water in the fridge for us. In a hot summer like this, this was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again."

"The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!"

"All questions in review 5 Star. Host made sure all needs were taken care of. Super easy check in and check out. Even provided EV charging cable from the Motor Home area. Very relaxing."
