"The general area is a dump, which sadly makes someone think that this Red Roof must also be a dump...but it's not. I stayed in the back building and the room was spotless, had a nice kitchenette that had a sink, fridge and microwave, which is more than I typically get in a room. Bed was comfortable. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained. Exterior needs some work to make it look as nice on the outside as on the inside. I'd stay here again without batting an eye!"

"My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice. "Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! "
