"We loved our stay! The house was clean and tidy, and had all amenities listed. The view and the location were second to none. The owners were next door and friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again. So enjoyable! "

"We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice."

"This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. "

"Except for the detector that needed a battery, my stay was very nice. We have the detector ready for its new battery, Thank you."

"Better than a hotel room in the city. Host met us in check in and walked us though, then we had the place. Lower level of a beautiful brick home. Only complaint could be that there was no Kleenex or garbage bag in the kitchen, but I think those were just minor oversights of the cleaning team. "

"We stayed here to visit our son while he still had obligations around the Eastman School. The place was clean and everything worked (the clothes washer was bit iffy). There were good running trails nearby and we loved seeing the goslings and other animals on the water. "

"Booked this place to be near a anniversary celebration for a couple we have known for years. Its was my wife and I, as well as our daughter and her 10 year old son. Its a quiet house with a nice sized yard, perfect for a game of catch with my Grandson. It is an older house but clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, Water was nice and hot, Kerig coffee pods were provided as well as bottled water in the fridge. Like most places you might not find everything you need in the cupboard...

"The lake was beautiful, and the neighbors were so kind and hospitable. The house was a little different than the photos online and wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. We still had a great time! The deck was very nice (note: you do have to cross the road to get to the waterfront). Overall, good stay for the price. "

"This was the perfect spot. Walking distance to friendly restaurants. Close to golf courses and grocery. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Jed was very informative and had excellent communication before and during our stay. "

"Just perfect. Dan could not have been more accommodating, the cottage is the most charming in which we have stayed, and the view is gorgeous. You truly cannot get any closer to the water. We hope to return next May!"

"Four adult family members stayed for six nights. The house was very clean and tidy.The owners response time for questions was excellent. We never waited more than 3-5 minutes for a response to our questions, Nice neighborhood. We'll definitely be using the home again as it fit all of our requirements.Thank you Jayson for setting up a nice place to stay."
