We were able to take advantage of the amazing patio and yard on this stay. The deer and rabbits were a lovely addition to this visit. We have stayed in the winter and summer months, and able to control the thermostat to our preferred temperature for comfort. "

"We had a very nice stay. The location is convenient for dining and access to groceries. We enjoyed having games onsite and all of the comforts of home. The only upgrade we would recommend is access to more televisions- maybe one in the large bedroom upstairs. Everything else was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay at this property again."

"This was supposedly the last room available for the night. We had been driving 11 hours and needed a place to stay before we hit Buffalo, NY. Light bulb missing in the entryway, bathroom had dried splatter on the mirror and a dirty film on the counter. The tables were wobbly and the microwave was dirty inside. The parking lot had 2 broken down vehicles and a tent. "

"Bad odor/dust from AC, shower floor dirty and full of hair, empty soap bottle, heavy dust/moist smell from carpet, needed ac but couldn’t use because of dust. Fridge door don’t seal close. Room dingy/MOLD!!"
