"The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it."

We had never used LiveSuites before and weren’t familiar with how it worked without a front desk, but checking in was easy, with instructions delivered at time of check-in that were very easy to follow. The room was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed, including our own laundry unit in the room. We were very comfortable and incredibly pleased with a space to feel safe and at home during our trip. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful time in an interesting place. POSITIVE: Plenty of space, plentiful hot water, first-rate shower-head, basic snack set up with frig, microwave, a big sink area (but with one sink out-of-commission), a comfortable bed, TV, and off-street parking. BUT: Almost nothing is new and you have to co-exist with some supplies like (a mountain of fresh) towels. There is useable desk space, plenty of chairs for a couple, lots of kitchen hardware including a coffee pot with LOTS of coffee,...

"This was a convenient place to stay for our overnight trip, since it was close to the waterfront and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were comfortable and found the side street to be quiet at night giving way to lots of chirping birds in the morning. We both agreed it reminded us of our own grandmothers’ home. Very eclectic, good directions and reminders of how to use the space when we were done. "
