"The best way to understand this cabin’s proximity to the city while remaining a real getaway experience is this: we picked up some great wine, aged Gouda, Stilton, and some other items in town. Then drove 12 minutes to the cabin where we had to wait just a moment for a flock of turkeys to hop and flutter out of the driveway. "This was our 2nd stay at this cabin. It is the only place we want to go. It is the cleanest place weve stayed. The hosts are so personable that they feel like family. There is so much to do. From the hot tub to the lake to fiahing to kayaking to laying in the hammock sitting by the fireplace playing pool. Its just a little piece of Heaven on Earth!! "We stayed one Fall night at this adorable cabin nestled on the edge of the woods. It was only about 5 min from I-40 and easy to find. Parking was just a few feet away.The deck , lighting, firepit and hot tub made it so cozy and inviting. Bath robes were a nice addition, especially when getting in and out of hot tub. :)The kitchen had everything you need to cook/grill with.
