"Property itself was clean and well maintained, staff was courteous. My only disappointment was that there was no in room coffee, therefore no cups for drinks of water or for rinsing your mouth after brushing your teeth. My husband and I enjoy our first cup of coffee in the morning without having to get dressed and walking to the lobby."

"We absolutely loved the Duncan House! It was clean, spacious, well stocked, comfy.....I could go on & on. Neil was awesome...we had a couple questions when we first got there & he responded right away. We will definitely be back!"

"We loved our stay at this home. It was a first VRBO experience for my in-laws. They have redone many homes and kept talking about the “good bones” the house had. We loved being on a country lot- there were deer and wild turkeys out the windows overlooking the back yard. - very quiet and a nice place to relax and visit."

"This house is awesome. Super clean, fresh, all the amenities needed just like home, Great location to Kentucky Downs and The Mint gaming center. Our host, Liz, was fabulous to chat with. Quick replies to all of our messages. Our time here was just too short. Will definitely be back if still available in the future years ahead."
