"Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great. The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own...

"The staff was very helpful when I needed them. The room and the view was wonderful."

"Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy."

"Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good."

"This property was clearly designed to look good in photos, and the building is a neat concept, but I promise you don't want to stay here. Upon entering the building, you ascend a staircase that smells bad, looks dirty, and has all the cleaning supplies and equipment strewn about at the landings. I wanted a shower before I even got in the door of my unit. Entering, it was clear that the place was shoddily constructed, poorly maintained, and poorly cleaned between visits. The walls were paper...

"It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...
