We received the automated VBRO message stating that we would receive check in information from our host on 23NOV25; however, we did not. The host did however respond almost immediately when we messaged the day prior to our check in. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "
