"Warning! Stay away at all costs!!! Extremely noisy and hot apartment! I was looking for a quiet place to stay with my 10 year old son who can be very sensitive to noise. More than a month in advance I requested a quiet room with windows not facing the busy street. Despite of this request we were allocated room 15 with the window facing the busy Uxbridge Rd. So much noise from the busy street! Could hear police sirens every second minute. Lots of traffic with cars and busses. And not very...

"The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet brush was dirty and not cleaned after use from the previous visitors also they didn’t leave a new sponge for the dishes, this was very disappointing as we stayed here before and didn’t have this experience. The building is very noisy, as I stated we stayed here before and both times the neighbors were very noisy at unusual times very early in the morning and the middle of the night which was very disturbing. We won’t come back here again."

"Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage "

"As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small but fine for two people. The location is great - within about 15 minutes walk you can get to Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station, which gives great access to the city sights. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. It is just down the road from a fire station and police station, but we didn't hear a lot of sirens. The hosts are communicative and were helpful in fixing a couple of small issues that came up during the stay....

"The breakfast was quite small and the exact same every day. Would have loved some more variation on that point. Maybe some eggs or cheese. The bed in the room we sleept in was very tiny compared to what we usually have. It was definitely not a double bed 😅 The location was amazing and we really loved our room and view and the staff was friendly. Would love to come again!! "

"Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. The neighborhood is safe and its situated in a great location to eat and get anything you need but there is no receptionist or on-site person to talk to directly.
