"The property has plenty of room to accommodate a large number of guests. However, we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the level of things that needed to be fixed/repaired. The floors were filthy and stale water was left in the coffee maker. Also, the house had a strong musty odor, and the water had a heavy smell and taste of iron. There were no cleaning supplies available which is different from our other rental experiences. Linens were of poor quality. We were not given...

"The room was large and well set up. It was very clean. Only a sheet and thin coverlet on the bed - I would have liked a blanket. A short walk to the beach (two blocks?) Entry by code was great, but could have been nerve-wracking if my phone had run out of battery while out on the beach or if I left my phone in the room. I guess there are issues with leaving keys, too, though. It may be obvious desk clerks have been visited by me due to lost keys on occasion."
