"These units are simple, and comfortable. There were no frills but it was safe and had plenty of stuff to do right on the property. Fishing piers were very near by and the onsite pool and fire pits filled up our downtime. I would recommend this to families and couples as a simple retreat that is close to everything!"

"The house was well built, all bricks, every single wall inside and out. The decorations were vintage and unique, with an abundance of them. Surprises that weren’t a big deal, but somewhat inconvenient- no closets, smelled like stale smoke, no dishwasher, no air conditioning unless you asked for it, and there was an additional charge.The place has a lot of potential, but floors, bathroom, and stove needed updated.The “private beach” picture means it is privately owned and you DON’T have access to...

"This property part of a well maintained condo setting with the great lake erie view from balcony and marina in the back. You have an easy view of your car, its set off the road, and the host is on the ball. 2 thumbs up!!"

"Clean and comfortable. Beautifully remodeled and modern kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Nice linens and towels. Comfortable in the heat. The owner is a good communicator and he cares about your stay. Outside the Lakeside Chatauqua gates, yet less that 1/2 mile away. I enjoyed my stay."

"We came here for a family getaway before sports and school picked up again. The property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed down to details like having games to play, coasters exactly where you need them, etc. The community grounds are well cared for with friendly residents. Great spot close to the Jet Express, Jolly Rogers and Lake Donuts. And the owners are so kind, responsive, and helpful. Already planned next summer’s visit! "
