"This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! "If you know Lawrence, you already know what a fun location this is for food and enjoying downtown. If you don't know Lawrence, be prepared for some night time noises. We didn't mind the noise, didn't keep us up and mostly made us jealous we couldn't join!"
