"This hotel has had a major upgrading from when I stayed here almost a year ago. A year ago the rooms were in maybe the poorest shape of any room I've stayed in 20 years. I'm very pleased to see that new management or ownership has invested to make it one of the nicer value hotels in Springfield . .great job! 👍"

The fire pit was perfect for late night s'mores and stargazing. The house feels like visiting family. Amazing communication and care. The thoughtful touches were the cherry on top. And from a fully stocked spice drawer, to enough towels for everyone, this home was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. The owners were awesome, and answered our slew of questions throughout our stay. We can't wait to stay again at Frances's house!"

"Room had ancient carpet that reeked horribly of mold and who knows what else. It was also covered in nasty stains. No idea how this place has good reviews the pool has apparently been closed for years as well."
