"We enjoyed our week long stay at this house. Very close to UNC! So many good restaurants, groceries and entertainment nearby too. The house was clean with plenty of linens for the week."

"My plans changed so I only visited the property briefly. The living room and bedroom could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The back screened in patio not a very functional or clean space. "

"Great house! We would definitely stay again."

"A great place to stay! The home was beautiful and rich in culture. On the walls were wonderful pictures and blurbs detailing the significance of the people and local history. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, dishes and silverware (enough for 12). Across the street is Brandwein's Bagels that taste like they came from NY. We walked one block to Franklin Street where we explored the UNC campus, ate and shopped. We hope to be back soon."

"This place is a gem! The house is so clean and perfectly appointed. You can’t get a better location…walkable to so many restaurants and downtown. We spent a majority of our time on the huge covered deck. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is it. "

"The property is spacious. The light switches & cabinets are clearly labeled. There are extra toiletries in the bathrooms: toothbrushes, q-tips, & disposable razors. There is an interesting book collection in the living area. The office set up is very comfortable; I used it to work remotely all week. The patio area is quiet & peaceful. The property is short drive from the highway & only a 5-minute drive from Wegmans. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area."

"If you are a person, like me, that brings everything and the kitchen sink when you rent a home away from home STOP!!!!! It is unnecessary here, Chelston has the BEST stocked house I've ever stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen as far as equipment and seasonings, the only thing you need is actual food, drinks and condiments. As for the bedrooms and bathrooms they were clean and also well supplied. I usually take the pillows from my kids rooms so I have enough and I didn't have to this...

"Loved the house! The view is amazing!"

"Very comfortable home with lots of thought put into making our stay enjoyable. The furnishings were lovely and beds/sectional were quite comfortable with quality bedding. Kitchen was well appointed as well. Outdoor space was lovely although the high temperatures kept me from fully utilizing it. Location is very convenient both to downtown and campus. I would definitely stay here again!"
