"This was a very comfortable condo, and as is mentioned frequently, is very close to the beach/pool and trail to the ocean. The location on the island is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed Kolea resorts, with the groundskeeping, nearby restaurants and shops, and nearby beach. While the condo does not have an ocean view, it is easy to walk down to the beach. The area feels very safe. Robert let us have a little extra time on the day of checkout as well. "

"The villa was extremely clean, well stocked with pantry staples and appliances (rice cooker, four choices for making coffee, plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils, and a beautiful outdoor grill). The unit is nicely maintained and was extremely comfortable for the three of us. Kolea is a very nice resort with a lovely pool and hot tub and a path to the beach. "Unfortunately I am unable to provide information about my stay as I never stayed due to the Kona Storm that hit the Hawaiian Islands. We were unable to travel to Kona from the Island of Lanai because of boat and flight cancellations. Additionally to that it was disappointing that I was unable to switch dates or obtain a refund for this stay. I contacted the host who was unaccommodating to our circumstance.
