"My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. "You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

"We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it...

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."
