"Our big family of 16 enjoyed this entire house and amenities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the downstairs area with arcade and games was non stop entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed the fire pit with lots of chairs and could even see Lake Cayuga from our windows and front porch. We were close to the local marina to rent a pontoon and close enough to all the fun in Ithaca. The house is 55 minutes away from Watkins glen making it a perfect spot to see...

"Thanks to Liz for making our last-minute reservation happen! This is such a unique property. I've never spent a night in a straw-bale constructed home before, but after this experience I think I'd like to do it more often. The home is charming, quiet, and peaceful, and maintains a very even temperature inside. Spent a few days here with my wife for a quick getaway, and we found the location halfway between Watkins Glen and Ithaca to be about perfect. So many things to do, if you want to...

"Cozy little cabin. It was chilly & raining during our trip, so we were bummed we didn’t get to kayak or use the firepit, but the cabin had propane heat that kept us nice and warm. The bed was comfortable, and hosts supplied everything you would need. Great location a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend! "

"It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. "
