"What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again."

"Cozy (tiny) as advertised, but not clean. Couch in living room was missing an arm rest, stained, and had lots of crumbs, dirt, etc. in crevices. Appliances were in good condition, with coffee and creamer available. Suggest rearranging bedroom to accommodate nightstands and possibly upgrade lumpy mattress. "

"Nice little house. Plenty of space for a family to not be on top of each other. Pet friendly. Family friendly. The host was great at replying with any questions.would definitely stay again when we come back to visit family."

"Room was okay but no locks from inside was little uncomfortable.only one shared Bathroom and that was outside the bedroom. Entrance was not good temporary steps still under construction. Was hard for my husband to go up and down."

"My husband and i loved our stay this place is really charming, clean, beautifully appointed. Perfect 4plex right on the ohio river , great views , big deck to enjoy morning coffee . "The house was cute and laid out well. I spent a fair amount of time inside and it was comfortable and easy to spend time there. The porch was nice as was the small back yard and off street parking. It was also great to have access to the laundry facilities. Jessi was responsive and we were relaxed and peaceful."
