"The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful"

"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great.
However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions.
The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"If you what cheap luxury this is the place for you. The apartment is pretty big and the view incredible! The sauna, steam room, and pool is great. There are entertainment rooms for teenagers and kids too. I would stay here again! The area is safe all day long."

"We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. The other building ADN was nice but the floors were dirty, there was foul odor coming out of the pipes, bedroom was not private like in the pictures, there was a ripped on the pillow and the stuffing was coming out. I asked the managing company to put us back in the building we...
