"Absolutely loved the location, the building and the apartment. It is extremely well located and close to tons of things to do. The beds were very comfy and the overall stay was a wonderful experience."

"The title suggests a hotel. It is not. It is a single rental in a residential apartment. That means no staff except an over-worked and confused front desk guard. And you make all the residents uncomfortable. I sometimes do stay in such arrangements buildings. This time I was exhausted and wanted a hotel and found myself dealing with a blizzard of weird rules and a confusing separate check in system. Room itself is a little depressing, but the rooftop is nice. The spa facilities are nice but time...

The property is expansive, definitely room for 14 people with excellent furnishings, exceptional art and a very attentive staff attending to all our needs. We were ten including three teenagers and every one of us was thrilled to be here. This has to be the best property in Quito and thank you very much for opening up your personal residence for our benefit."
