"We made a reservation for this property in January and we were traveling mid-May. Four days before the arrival date, I just happened to reach out to the host regarding one of the amenities, thank goodness, and his response was that he had rented that property long-term and it wasn’t available. No heads up, no warning, no communication whatsoever. Had I not messaged him, we would’ve shown up late on Friday night with nowhere to stay. His comment was “I don’t even know how you were able to rent...

"We found the property ok as you would find a trailer. The property was very quiet and Serene. It gave us a place to stay for our grandson’s graduation from college. The owners were very nice."

"Had a fantastic time while I was there. My daughter attends East Carolina University. It was refreshing change from staying in a hotel in downtown Greenville. I will certainly seek out this property in the future."

"This is the first house out of many VRBO’s and Air B&B’s that we have ever stayed in a second time. We absolutely love this house! The location is amazing, it is right across the street from the ballfields. This house is always so clean and has all the amenities you could need! There are plenty of beds and tv’s in every single room which makes it SO nice! The layout of the house is great and the host is very kind and responsive! We can’t wait to stay again!"

"Such a beautiful home. We enjoyed every minute. After our busy day, was nice to come back and relax. Felt like being at home."

"Great place, excellent communication."

"Host communicates well. Great property that is centrally located"
