The neighbors are friendly and accommodating. Great for a large family with smaller children as there were toys and bassinet available. "The house is perfect for a house full of people. Lots of bedrooms/beds (will need to share bathrooms). Basement is a HUGE selling point as folks can entertain themselves downstairs or just hang out. Close to the zoo and other points of interest!"
