"The cottage was very clean upon arrival and you can tell they are meticulous with their maintenance of the property. Beds were all comfortable and bathroom was well stocked with towels & tp. Kitchen was also well stocked with anything and everything you’d need to cook a meal. Kayla was very responsive to any questions we had and reached out prior to check in and at check out as well. "Quiet, farm setting. Convenient to town. Good location for our needs. Wifi was a bit weak at times, but we got by. No TV, but we didn’t miss it one bit!! We had a good week of fishing on Cayuga and Oneida!!!"

"Overall the property met our needs but there were positives and negatives. The house had amenities and with prior communication with the owners, we brought what we needed (electric skillet, muffin pan, and glass 13x9 pan for example). The bedrooms were clean and enough for their purpose. The backyard was nice and the area was quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and visiting birds. The selection of games was nice. My husband and I ended up buying the game Rumikub because we enjoyed it so much. Great...

"The house was built in 1910, but has been recently updated. The rooms were average in size and were well-appointed, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and blankets. The one room with the twin beds is small and is for younger children. My grandkids didn't mind. The only issue is the one bathroom for the 5 upstairs bedrooms. We worked it out as families do. Some adults used the shower in the master bedroom bathroom on the main floor, and the kids took baths in the main floor...

"This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the property is well kept with lots of floral flowers and unique shrubbery. The cottage is well kept clean with modern updates. The host is very accommodating with extra amenities and generous with extra supplies you may forget. The host is also diligent in making sure your stay is comfortable and reassuring that she is readaly available if you need her. 5 stars!"
