"Yes they let us check in early which was nice very close to Sodus Point we brought our bikes so one day we can just drive to the point on our bikes sodus this is a beautiful area The room was big and spacious very clean very nice great place to stay especially if you have a boat you can dock it right there at the marina we rented and kept our boat there we thank Ashley and her team Would definitely stay again"

"Kids loved the wooden cabin and wooden furniture. It is cozy, with enough space to eat, sleep and watch TV. Restaurant within 1 min walk was very convenient. We spent hours at the nearby park/beach at Sodus point."

"From booking to accommodations, this rental was fabulous. The owner was very accommodating when we requested a later check in (due to travel) and a later check out due to fishing schedule. The property itself was in pristine condition and very convenient to the location of our charter. We hope to stay here again with a larger group and rent all 4 cabins. "Have stayed at other locations of the same host and this one was just as great! Perfect location for walking around to local shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms was enough space for 2 couples. Shampoo/conditioner, plates, silverware, coffee all were provided which is nice while traveling. Shower is AMAZINGGG, huge and great water pressure. Host was quickly responsive and so helpful. 10/10 would stay again!"

"Great air conditioned unit on the water on a hot July 4th holiday. Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks."

"Frist and formost Would stay agian. In fact, I'm looking to set up a trip with friends to stay there. The owner was nice and friendly to a non fisherman like me. It was close to the beach and touristy point. Also, it is above a bait shop so you are not staying in a home with the owners which is nice. There are two upstairs uints that have a shared locked adjoining door. The bait shop rents out boats for that day at great prices. This allowed us to cruise around the bay bar hopping. I wasn't...

"My family has a wonderful stay. House was clean and as advertised. Renting the boat for a day was very easy and a great time. The little restaurant in front had very good breakfast. Portions were huge but would definitely plan ahead as the wait was more than I anticipated (about 45 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches for my kids) Overall this prperty is highly recommended."
