"This place is a great place to stay while in Florida.The house was very clean and spacious.There were a few minor things that is helpful to know, The Main TV is streaming only so I couldn't watch broadcast TV. There's no remote for the TV so you had to push the buttons under it to put it on and change the volume. We couldn't get any TV's in the bedrooms to work. The Futon in the bedroom/office had loose legs so I had to tighten them before we could use it. There was a broken post on a headboard...

"The home was lovely. Just the right size for us: my sister, my son and myself. The only problem was the lack of a guest guide book to help those staying from out of the area acclimate. Suggestions for grocery shopping, etc., favorite local cafes or restaurants, nearby urgent care or hospital -- as well as some fun suggestions for active folks: hiking trails, safe biking paths, etc."

"We had a relaxing 3 day stay. Nice little studio but with plenty of separation for living area, bedroom area and bathroom area. There is a partition wall to separate the sleeping area. The large shower was great and the bed was very comfy. It is in a great area to get outside and take a walk under the canopy of trees. Easy to take the dogs out for a walk too. Our host even had bowls out with fresh water for our dogs."
