Tons of great restaurants 5 minutes away and grocery and liquor stores too. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks who respect each other's peace and quiet. "The property was perfect for a family getaway. It was very clean upon arrival. The area had everything we needed for convenience such as grocery stores, etc. very quiet area but nice for evening walks. The pool was great since we had a little one and couldn’t stay super long at the beach. Flagler and Hammock beach were within a 20-25 min drive. The house itself had everything we needed! "The view was spectacular! The place was large and very clean. We loved the area felt very safe and upscale.The only thing we didn’t love was the rocks located on the seashore. We didn’t know that it was located on a reef, so the sand itself is a mixture of sand and shells.
