The extras saved us as my daughter has a medical condition where she has to eat otherwise her blood sugar tanks (MCADD) and the extras being there saved us a trip to the store! "I set up a trip for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of friends to go to cedar point! There were 12 of us and it still felt spacious. There was good communication with owners. Even though we went on a weekend that the winds basically shut down all the rides at cedar point, we had a blast staying at this house! (We got a rain check on the tickets, so it’s possible that we will be back!) "

"We were in Sandusky for a regatta at the Sandusky sailing club. It was nice to come 'home' to this house at the end of some long days. Everyone had their own space to retreat when needed and the common areas were perfectly suited for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked and Kimberly provided some snacks and coffee which we all appreciated. "

House is comfortable and served our quick stay. "We had a great time! Location is very walkable to downtown Vermilion and all it charm. We visited Chez Francois and Brewed Awakening among others. The game room really sets the house apart! The upstairs TV den was cozy. The Keurig options for a morning cup of coffee (or decaf or tea or hot chocolate!!) were plentiful and outstanding. Highly recommend. "

"This was one of the best equipped rental properties we have been in, and everything was clean and in good working order. It is in a terrific location, and there is ample parking. Renters need to be aware that both bathrooms (and only one bedroom) are on the first floor, and that you have to walk through one of the three upstairs bedrooms to get to another one. "
