"We came to Halifax for a little get away. So the kids could swim and go fishing, and that is exactly what they did. The water front was perfect, kayaks available (2, with life jackets), paddle boat (needs new steering but it worked ok). The closed in sun room (needs better ventilation, and maybe a propane fire table to complete the setting). The add in itself was a bit mis leading. "The place was very clean, it had everything we needed. The area is nice and plenty of walking trails and lakes. The host was nice and accommodating. The building could use more spund proofing as we could hear toddlers and stomping, but other than that everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back again."
