"We enjoyed our stay at this gem in Durham! Super clean, great communication with Dylan, proximity to good restaurants etc was ideal and very quiet. Would stay here again!"

"Exactly what we needed for our weekend in Durham. Would definitely stay here again."

"My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners."

"The unit was clean and tidy but not at all as depicted in the photos. Unit and furniture worn and shabby. Correct WiFi information not provided despite multiple requests to the host. Loud train horns from nearby active tracks "

"Everything was as expected. Sheets looked a bit stained in one area but looked clean other than that. Everything was as expected and super easy to come and go. Wouldn’t be good for people who don’t do stairs well but I had no problem."

"Our stay was excellent - a comfortable bed, good shower, convenient laundry, and we enjoyed the back deck. And it’s a great location. We love Dain’s Place on 9th St. We will stay here again"

"Great 1-bedroom stay for my solo work trip to Durham. Quiet neighborhood, and kitchenette."

"Great location, walkable to downtown, 20 mins. Would have appreciated some coffee filters for making coffee but other than that a great rental!"

"This was the perfect place for us to stay during a family wedding in Durham. We were walking distance to downtown and easy driving distance to other sites in the area. The condo is very spacious, especially with the super high ceilings. It's also clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the rental company was very responsive to our questions. They also let you know in advance that the bedroom walls don't reach the ceiling. That didn't bother us, even...
