"The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

"Our stay was amazing, we would definitely rent again! The owner was very responsive to questions we had and while the house looked small, it was big enough for our family of 9 to be comfortable. The home was very clean and well maintained and came with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and near shopping and restaurants."

"Stacy was a responsive and friendly host. I appreciate her and her place. The house was in a good location as it was a good hub to many other places around. The house is spacious and had anything you could need. My 11 & 1 year old really enjoyed the house and so did I. Though we didn't have the chance to use it, the outdoor space was great. We will definitely consider staying there again!"

"We have stayed at many VRBO properties. This was the absolute worst. We actually chose to leave the same day we arrived. There were bugs in the house and the neighborhood was apocalyptic. Most houses on the block were boarded up and abandoned. While the only occupied home on the block had screaming and yelling coming from it. We are from out of state, we had traveled far and we were tired. We ended up needing to find a hotel so that we could sleep comfortably. I would never recommend this...

"The unit was actually ready before check in time and the host let me know. The host was quick to respond to any questions I asked. Easy checkout procedures. Very quiet neighborhood for Jacksonville. Would stay again."

"Everything was clean the location was nice. the remote in the bed room did not work.And we were a bit disappointed that we could not use the garage that was the main reason we rented this house so we could safely store our dirt bikes and atvs over night."

"We enjoying staying in this cute home while in town for a wedding. The beds were comfy and the games were a nice touch. The home is right by a noisy street, so there was a bit more traffic and car noise than expected but didnt ruin our stay.We would definitely stay here agin. Thank you!"
