"A review simply doesn't do this experience justice! It's truly and experience AND an overnight stay. As locals, we booked the manor for our son to celebrate his birthday. We enjoyed walkable downtown attractions, delicious dining and shopping. The outside of the manor is eerie, it's creepy, kooky and spooky but inside....inside isn't even describable as anything other than transitioning into a portal leading you out of the modern world and directly into THE ADDAMS FAMILY. "Everything was fantastic. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. "

"Property was as described, comes with all listed amenities, bed upstairs was the only room I used for my solo trip (way too big for a single person but would be amazing for a large group)! Parking was ok, just read the ok placed to park and send them your vehicle info asap. Check in was smooth, check out smoother. Only slight critique is even with the ac going at 66 degrees the upstairs felt hot still and warm, they do have a fan as an additional circulator but still was warm. Some of the towels...
