"This suite was very nice and roomy, we had a top floor apt and we had an excellent view of the city, the only downside was there was no parking at the hotel but we only had to walk about 4 min from where we parked,"

"Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great. The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own...

"Great Stay. Comfortable place. Fantastic location. Little issue with the code not working when we arrived. However, the host was very responsive and immediately got it resolved. All in all really great stay. Would definitely return."

"Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl"

"Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!"

"Easy access, easy parking areas nearby, good downtown location"

"Our apartment faced the street. If you’re in the bedroom you won’t hear any noise but in the living room you’ll hear the trash trucks, sirens & other traffic in the morning. The beer garden next door was pretty quiet considering there were games all weekend. The location is awesome! Near everything you want to do plus restaurants, bars, gelato, the farmers market within a block. There’s a Whole Foods close by & Uber Eats delivers from the wegmans. We cooked breakfast & dinner & ate lunch out....

"Everybody’s always very nice when I go there and stay the accommodations are wonderful and it’s always clean"

"Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy."
