"The location is perfect but expect traffic congestion to make navigating the entrance for valet parking. The staff were attentive and polite. The checkout system via the TV was not working and the billed charges were incorrect so I had to check out at the desk. Unfortunately, I did have time to use the amenities. Good value."

"Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. "This hotel is convenient to the airport and I-95 as I'm sure you can see on a map. The building has concrete flexicore floors so it's soundproof top to bottom. The inner walls are also soundproof. I didn't like the in-room air handler. When it comes on, it sounds like a bus starting up. It will wake you in the night unless you bring along ear plugs. I'd stay here again but would bring my earplugs."

"Everything was good. The gym is much better than most hotel gyms. We just had one slight glitch when housekeeping didn’t replace the soiled towel I left on the floor. I called down and got extra towels promptly so not really a complaint. It would be nice if coffee and tea were left out all day."
